Deliveries and returns

1) Deliveries

In France, the shipping fee are free from 70€ if you choose GLS.
In Europe, the shipping fee are free from 100€ with GLS Europe.

- Carriers :

In Europe, we are working with GLS and DPD.
After dispatching, they will deliver your parcel directly at your home in around 2 business days for UK and germany, and between 3 and 4 business days for other neighboring countries.

2) Returns

To ask a return for any reason, please use our classic contact form.

The returns are free from 100€ in France and in Europe.
We will provide you a free return label.

Return conditions are simple :

To be accepted, the product has to be in perfect condition (product tried at home but not used on the road).
We will accept your returns within 14 days from its receipt.

À partir du moment où le produit que vous avez acheté est en parfait état (produit essayé chez vous mais non utilisé sur route), nous accepterons vos retours dans un délai de 14 jours à partir de la réception du colis.

However, if you request a return in a period longer than 14 days, of course the product has to be in a perfect condition ; new and unused (same as above). Please contact us at this moment throught our classic contact form because the return has to be validated by our team.

Once the parcel returned to us, you will then have the choice between a refund or an exchange (size, product).
There is no limit of time to take your decision about it.
